Last updated: December 31, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Editorium ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Editorium for personal or commercial content creation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the Service materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose unrelated to content creation
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through Editorium. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

5. AI-Generated Content

Editorium uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publication.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided "as is" and you assume all risks associated with its use.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
  • For any obscene or immoral purpose
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

7. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

8. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Editorium, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
